This document explains how the personal data of users of the website www.proceeds.pl is collected, processed and protected.

DATA COLLECTION
Basic personal data is collected when users submit the contact form available on the Company's website.

USE OF DATA
We collect and process personal data in order to contact website users regarding our services, as well as for marketing purposes related to the Company and its business partners.

SCOPE OF DATA
When you submit a contact form, we process the following personal data: your first name, last name, company name, email address, telephone number, as well as the date and IP address from which the enquiry was submitted.

Where marketing activities are carried out, we may also process your email address, telephone number, and the date and time on which consent for a specific processing purpose was given.

LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
Your personal data is processed for the purpose of establishing and maintaining cooperation between you and PROCEEDS Sp. z o.o. in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We also process personal data where necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Company, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. These legitimate interests primarily include:

  • contacting users,
  • responding to enquiries,
  • presenting commercial offers from PROCEEDS Sp. z o.o. and its business partners.

Where processing is based on our legitimate interests, you have the right to object to such processing. In such a case, we will cease processing your personal data unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms or where processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

CONSENT
The processing of personal data for marketing purposes is carried out solely on the basis of your voluntary consent, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Where processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time, either entirely or with respect to specific processing purposes.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before the consent was withdrawn.

DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA
We may disclose personal data to entities processing data exclusively on behalf of the Company under data processing agreements and only to the extent necessary for the provision of their services, such as IT service providers responsible for operating the website www.proceeds.pl.

Personal data may also be disclosed to other entities where necessary to implement our marketing and commercial activities.

Furthermore, personal data may be disclosed where required by applicable law, a legally binding court order, or other competent public authorities.

INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Whenever personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA) to countries that do not provide the same or an adequate level of personal data protection as required under applicable laws, we will ensure that such transfers are carried out on the basis of a valid legal mechanism and are protected by the safeguards required under applicable data protection legislation.

Your personal data will be processed and retained for a period of up to six (6) years following the end of our contact and any subsequent cooperation.

PROVISION OF PERSONAL DATA
Providing your personal data is voluntary. However, the provision of such data is necessary for us to respond to your enquiry and to establish and maintain cooperation between you and PROCEEDS Sp. z o.o.

YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to request access to your personal data. In many cases, you also have the right to request the rectification of inaccurate personal data, the erasure of your personal data, the restriction of processing, and the right to data portability.

Where processing is based on our legitimate interests, you have the right to object to such processing. In this case, we will cease processing your personal data unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for continuing the processing that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or where the processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Where processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, either in full or with respect to specific processing purposes. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority responsible for personal data protection.
